SOCCER: ALPHA AGAINST BETA. Already in the first half, the Alphas had the action in the stadium firmly under control. Driven by their outstanding libero, who obviously wanted to show it to his own coach after the very disgraceful substitution, the hosts drove one attack after another. Before the Betas even took part in the game, the Alphas could have taken the lead in the 10th and 18th minutes, and also in the 24th minute. That's what the Alpha striker did after 25 minutes: He headed in a corner completely unchallenged for 1:0. The Alpha was hardly to be held after that: Only the yellow card from the referee because of his jubilant striptease brought him back to reality.
