ALERT CHAINS IN PREPARATION: The Alpha countries have agreed on joint measures against attacks on Alpha students in the surrounding area. If it becomes known that teenage Betas are planning attacks on student Alphas, alarm chains must be developed to avert danger. In the future, the school administrations of the states also want to inform each other more quickly in the event of attacks.
